Here's a nice post from eHow.com explaining a very simple yet comfortable suspension rig. If you don't have a carabiner simply use a Lark's head knot around the joining loops for a secure anchor. And for upper body support you can use another loop of webbing in the shape of a figure eight. Just tie a rope in the middle crossing section of the figure eight and attach the rope to your supsension rig. Then you can slide your arms through the hoops and let the hoops support your back along your shoulder blades.

I am working on a photo studio at the moment, so soon I'll have nice photographed instructional sets just like eHow to take any confusion out of the instructions.
